In the preceding 12 months, Eggvy has collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:

• Identifiers: name, email address, unique user ID, device identifiers (IDFA, GAID), IP address.
• Personal information described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e): account login details (hashed passwords), contact details, demographic information voluntarily provided.
• Financial information: account type, balances, transaction history, recurring payments.
• Commercial information: records of offers viewed, clicked, or applied for through the Services.
• Internet/electronic activity: browsing history on our Site, app interactions, logs, crash reports.
• Geolocation data: approximate location (IP address), precise location (if you opt in).
• Inferences: budgeting recommendations, spending insights, and financial trends derived from your data.
• Sensitive personal information (as defined under CPRA): account numbers, government ID (if provided for loan applications), and precise geolocation.

We do not collect: biometric data, protected class information (e.g., race, religion), or audio/visual recordings, unless you voluntarily provide such data.

• You: when you create an account, use the App, or apply for offers.
• Financial account connectors: e.g., Chirp Digital, which retrieves transactions with your consent.
• Financial institutions: through your Connector, if you authorize data retrieval.
• Advertising and analytics providers: when you interact with ads or offers.
• Device/browser technologies: SDKs, cookies, pixels, and similar trackers.

• Service delivery: to create accounts, sync financial data, and generate insights.
• Advertising and marketing: to serve relevant offers and measure ad effectiveness.
• Partner applications: to process applications for financial products you request.
• Security and fraud prevention: to monitor suspicious activity and protect accounts.
• Legal and compliance: to comply with laws and respond to lawful requests.
• Internal research: to improve and test features, fix bugs, and develop analytics.
• Aggregated uses: to produce anonymized financial trends and benchmarking data.

We do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Services (e.g., authentication, fraud prevention), unless you give additional consent.

• Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, security vendors.
• Financial partners: if you voluntarily apply for credit cards, loans, or other products.
• Advertising/affiliate partners: limited identifiers and interactions for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Government authorities: where legally required.
• Business transferees: in mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions.

We do not disclose your banking credentials.

Eggvy does not sell your personal information for monetary value.

Eggvy may share limited identifiers (device IDs, ad interactions) with ad partners for targeted advertising, this qualifies as “sharing” under the CPRA.

Eggvy does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 years old.

You can opt out of this sharing at any time by clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the App settings or Site footer.

• Account data: active account + 2 years.
• Financial transaction data: up to 7 years (for budgeting history and compliance).
• Advertising/analytics data: 12–24 months.
• Sensitive personal information: only as long as required to deliver the Services or comply with law.
• Aggregated/de-identified data: may be retained indefinitely.

• Right to Know/Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
• Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).
• Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: stop us from sharing your information for targeted advertising.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: restrict our use of sensitive data to core service delivery.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide lower quality if you exercise your rights.

Verification: We will confirm your request by matching it with existing account data. We may request additional information if needed to verify your identity.

Authorized agents: You may designate an authorized agent to act for you, subject to proof of authorization.

We will confirm receipt of requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (extendable by another 45 days with notice).

At or before the point of collection, Eggvy provides notice of:

• The categories of information collected.
• The purposes of use.
• Whether the information will be sold or shared.
• Retention periods.

This Disclosure serves as part of that notice.

If you apply for financial products through Eggvy, additional privacy rights may apply under the California Financial Information Privacy Act (CalFIPA). In such cases, our financial partners will provide you with a separate privacy notice describing their data practices.
